Not get any Google Reviews

    Hello

    I bought this plugin, to get reviews from Google and Tripadvisor.

    When trying to get reviews from Google, I get after a while the following error:

    Error 0003:

    What could this be?

  • I have the same problem with Pro plugin. Place ID is correct, reviews won’t download, Error 0003. Trustindex plugin was able to download them, but not WP Review Slider Pro.

    Sorry, I missed this post for some reason. The Google Crawl method should be working again now.

    In the future, if you have the Paid version, please use the contact form or support forum built in to the plugin for faster response.

    I will try it out tomorrow.

    I tried to find a contact form, but didn’t found it. This is why I opened here the ticket.

    That is strange. There should be a link on the left menu. See screenshot….
