not generating QR image with the code_url

Hi in testing I got the codeURI back from wechat but the plugin does not generate the image
The image source is like below
https://www.XXXX.com/index.php/wc-api/WC_WeChatPay/?QRData=weixin%3A%2F%2Fwxpay%2Fbizpayurl%3Fpr%3DogdbJSQ >

but no image is generated and no error in the debug log.

Please help
