Not Generating Pending Orders

    When user selects checkout but before the payment is made, a pending order is generated. Is there anyway to customize not to generate it? Thanks,

    Pending order is an effective marketing tool btw. You may contact your clients that did not complete an order, ask them if they would like to complete the order via phone and the reason why they did not finish the order online.
