I’ve been using Google SiteKit for a pretty long time now, for all my customers’ websites which are using Google Analytics. It is easy to use, efficient and it’s working like a charm.

There were some missing functionalities at the beginning, such as content sharing between admins or GDPR compliance. But all these points were solved and it is now working really good. I recommend this plugin.

@alizesonline Thanks for your feedback we appreciate it. To address both of your comments below:

    1. You can find out more on GDPR compliance and privacy via our documentation here.
    2. We are currently in the process of releasing a Dashboard Sharing feature within the Site Kit plugin. This is an incremental rollout so you may not have the feature at this time but don’t worry, it will make it’s way to you soon. More can be found on this here.

Hope this helps to address both of your points and good luck with your website!

Thanks Adam for your quick reply.

I am glad to read the Dashboard Sharing Feature is on it way! This is something many users have bee, looking for for a pretty long time.

As for the GDPR issue, you can not just state that a “mini API for cookie consent is available” and send users to GitHub for more information. Are you serious?

    Hi Adam,

I wanted to touch base about the Github link you shared with us. While I appreciate the effort in trying to help us resolve the issue, I noticed that the status of the issue was closed and there was limited information provided but then another issue was opened within that same issue. As a non-developer and non-Github user, this can be a bit confusing.

Additionally, it appears that the original QA Brief might have had some inaccuracies and when someone else ran a separate test, everything appeared to work as expected. Can you help provide some clarification on what is and isn’t working so we have a better understanding of the GDPR issue Gilles brought to your attention?

We understand that the discussion on Github may be more geared towards developers, but for the rest of us, clear and concise documentation would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you could take a look at the issue and translate what is going on or would it be possible for someone else with a deeper understanding of the GDPR issue to provide us with a clearer explanation?

Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

    Best regards,
    Esteban

    Thanks Adam.

I’ve been using another plugin for a long time but I am definitely going to perform tests with the mentioned plugins.
