• Dear miniOrange, i have been reading through your Privacy Policy for the plugin miniOrange Social Login. In your Privacy Policy you state that you collect and process the information from my end users to log them in. This means that i need to have a Data Processing Agreement with you, to be GDPR compliant. Is this possible with the free version of the plugin, or is the free plugin mainly aimed at people who does not reside within the EU?

    Hi,

Please read the Data Security when you choose B option in the “How we use personal information?” in the Privacy policy tab.

You don’t need a Data processing agreement with us in the custom app flow. Please set up your own custom application.

In the free plugin, miniOrange collects data but it is not stored or send to miniOrange. This data is to log in the end-user on the WordPress website and for enhancing the end user’s experience. All the data is processed and stored in WordPress.

    For example:-
User tries to login with Facebook. Then our plugin fetches the data (Email, Firstname, Lastname, profile pic, etc.) from Facebook and process on that data in the plugin itself. We are not sending any data to our end.

Let me know if you have any other question. You can always reach out to us on [email protected] so that we can clear any doubts you have.

If you satisfied with the answers and all your doubts are clarified then could you please take out some time and update the review?

    Looking forward to your corporation.

    Happy to help!

    Thanks
