    This plugin hasn’t been working since the last update.

    it says “array”

    or nothing at all, it’s not generating any logs.

    are you guys releasing an update to fix it?

    Thank you for your message and for using our plugin.

    In update 4.4.0 of the plugin we have changed the database tables schema so there is an upgrade script that is running to change the schema. It seems like the upgrade process failed on your website.

    Can you please send us the system information file to [email protected] so we can see what is the status of the upgrade and assist you from there?

    Please do not share the details of the system information file in this thread since it contains details about your setup and system.
