Not fully working on all websites area , why ?

    After install I have noticed that plugin have effect only when adding new page/post via admin area. I’m using a freelancer WordPress template so the employer/freelancer are able to upload their files on website, the files are uploaded trough main website. This way I Have noticed that they are uploaded to Amazon S3 only if they are jpg, pdf, etc , I Need to it to work with zip, rar files. Another issue is that the download link on site is from upload folder instead of Amazon S3. I have also enabled “Remove Files From Server”, they are sent to Amazon S3(only if media files) they are deleted from the upload folder while the download link remains the same to my server upload folder so when the client click on it they get error page. I need to solve this problems because that’s the single reason for what I need this plugin.

    So the problems are:

    1. How to allow zip/rar to be uploaded on Amazon S3 because right now works only with media.

    2. Why the download link is from upload folder when files are uploaded on webpage (not admin area) and how to fix it.

    I understand that I can transfer it back to my server with SSH but I sow that Amazon S3 is creating one folder for each image while on my wordpress upload folder its one folder per day. If I transfer it back to my server in the same Amazon folder structure will my WordPress recognize the location ? I don’t really understand the impact of this particular case, to enable “Remove Files From Server” and few months later to decide that I need to leave Amazon S3, I don’t want my webiste to get messed up with missing files, etc.

    Those extra numeric folders come from “Object Versioning”, which is on by default and recommended if using a CDN (such as CloudFront).

    The plugin is making me problems only on profile avatar image, I have mentioned the problem on github, the image fails to be sent properly generating this link ttps://mysite.net/file/s3eucentral1:/mysite/private/uploads/2018/08/09121042/cropped-12-150×150.jpg. If there is no solution I would like to exclude edit profile page from the plugin, is that possible ?
