    Hi webmaster,

Thanks for the suggestions. The required shortcodes are actually on the front page (description) of the plugin:

[submit-review]: displays a form that allows visitors to submit a review of a product that you or they specify
[ultimate-reviews]: displays all reviews or all reviews of a specified product

Sorry for the lack of documentation, we’ve only been developing the plugin for a short bit of time, and it’s still in a beta stage. What version are you using that doesn’t save the overall score? There was a bug earlier that would only save the scores on the front-end, not through the admin area, but it should be fixed at this point. Please let us know if that’s not the case, as we’d love to track down any remaining bugs.

Also, in regard to the base64 images, they should help to speed up page loads compared to having separate HTTP requests:

They’re not featured content, so there’s no reason that the images not being indexed should be a downside.

We’d love to work with you to get any issues you’re having with the plugin sorted in the support forum. Thanks again for the feedback!

I am using .11 version of the plugin. No matter what I type in the field whenever I hit update it automatically clears the entry.

Also I understand the shortcode is on the plugin description page, you should also include this on the backend as well.

    Goodluck.

    Hi Web,

Thanks for letting us know that the updated save function, it should be fixed in the new update released just now to correct it.

Where would it be included in the back-end? I haven’t really seen any other plugins listing shortcodes in the back, they’re generally listed on plugin pages and other documentation.

Let us know if there’s anything else you’re unsatisfied about!

On the backend you should have it at the top of the reviews post list. Or at the top in the settings page. Or you can put the shortcode in the plugin description one line.

    Hi web,

Thanks for the ideas. We’ll put them in at the top of the settings page in the next update.

Hey for some odd reason it is only showing the stars when I am logged in. When I log out all I see are the icon placeholders. Little square boxes?

    Hi web,

Do you have a link we could check out?
