Not friendly plugin for beginner user

Hi, i just get all the things done and end up their technical request us to enable the custom port.

so i went to find Exabytes, and end up exabytes told me to enable the custom port, i need to move my web to a vps or dedicated server.

not a friendly usage plugin for beginner and share hosting

hope you guys create a plugin that like easyparcel plugin, simple to use.
