    Our plugin clearly states:

    OptinMonster is a standalone application that integrates with all web platforms including WordPress. You must have an OptinMonster account in order to take advantage of this plugin. Click here to create your account.

    This is similar to VaultPress, and many other connector plugins that require you to have an account with a SaaS service to connect with WordPress.

    I request that you kindly adjust your review, and please carefully read plugin descriptions before you install them on your website.

    IMHO, it’s not clear enough. It should be on top of the description.

    Having an account shouldn’t necessarily mean having to pay. I didn’t like that lack of clarity and ended up not using the plugin.
