Hello, if you can access the Cpanel and rename the plugin you should be able to get back into WordPress Dasboard.

Then try WordFence for Security ??

Log into Cpanel.
Go to Files Folder
Go to public or www folder

Open / Click on WP-Content folder

Then look for plugins folder, inside plugins folder look for this plugin and (right click) rename it by adding anything in front of the name.

Sorry I wont be able to help there, just remember to undo the rename of that plugin.

In your wp-config.php delete or comment out the line(s) referencing SSL. That should do the trick.
