Not found: The requested URL was not found on this server

  • Hi guys,

    I have been wanting to preview my site on another device however when typing in the site URL into the browser the error message appears “Not found, The requested URL was not found on this server”.

    The site URL is: https://47.12.240.37/COMPANY.co.uk

    With the permalinks in the following format:https://47.12.240.37/COMPANY.co.uk/?p=123

    I was wondering if anything was alarming to you as to why it doesn’t work when I type in the site URL?

    I would appreciate any suggestions!

    In FF, I get The connection has timed out error.

    Have you contacted your hosting provider and discussed the issue with them?

    Hello,

    Yes I contacted them yesterday but they were unable to identify the issue as everything is in place as it should be.
