This usually happens when the localhost installation is using a port, for example: https://localhost:8080

If that’s the case, you can specify your localhost port via All Import > Settings in the “Add Port To URL” setting field.

Here is my url:
https://localhost:8888/SITES/WebsiteTest/wp-admin

I put https://localhost:8888 into the Port to URL box and when I hit save it went straight to the error message I listed above.

Not sure what else to do.

Nevermind. I put in 8888 by itself and it worked.
