NOT FOUND error on redirect from FS Contact Form

    For some folks filling out a FS Contact form when they submit and go to the Thank You page..they get a page that says NOT FOUND…Sorry but you are looking for something that isn’t here. I’ve check the link….its correct…it has the HTTPS like it should…I’ve tried 0 to 10 second delay and it still doesn’t work…any ideas out there. I have no problem with my IE Browser…but I got the same error on my iPhone and iPad….

    I tested the plugin by making a contact form appearing on a test post, which is perfectly redirecting to the test page I created, here you can test it out as well,

    I think you must have somehow not configured that particular form to redirect to the page you want it to, or maybe, some sort of typo is there giving you a 404 page. Can you please verify the settings on your end?

    Also if you can provide the link where its not working, it would be helpful.

    its set to redirect to this link:

    Currently it is set to 3 seconds but I’ve tried 0 to 10 with some folks and it still doesn’t work…goes to the NOT FOUND page.

    The page is set to private but that shouldn’t matter…I’m at a loss…people keep on filling out the form multiple times because they get that page…

    The page you’re trying to redirect to, either does not exist or is not yet published. Try correcting that and it will work ??

    The page is there…but it’s private…I was told that doesn’t make a difference. But if I do make it as a published page how do I hide it so it’s not on the menu?

    Private pages are not visible to the visitors, so instead you will need to publish this page and manually remove it from the menus

    Thanks so much Gagan! Got it to work now just fine…it was because it was private…got the plug in to exclude pages and it works good!
