Not found, error 404 on Events page

  • We have successfully used events manager to book spaces for our annual retreat but as of this morning, when a user visits the retreat page, there is a “Not found, error 404” appearing in place of the actual event.

    How can I fix this?

  • When I go to https://castimonia.org/events/, I don’t see the event for Castimonia Retreat 2023. I do see the link for Castimonia Retreat 2022 and that link works fine. Are you sure there is an event for Castimonia Retreat 2023?

    That’s a test page. The 2023 retreat page has been functioning since August 1st but decided to fail today.

    Do you see the event on the backend? Is it still published with public visibility? All the other events display with no problem. You could try deactivating the Events Manager plugin and then re-activating it again and see if that resolves the problem.

    I only see the event in the edit page under the admin control panel but it is not viewable by public at all. I’ll try to deactivate the plug in.
