    Hi there, @eduspace,

Usually, when Jetpack statistics show pages or posts as “not found,” it could be due to a temporary glitch or cache issue on your site. To address this, please try the following steps:

    1. Clear your site’s cache if you are using a caching plugin or service.
    2. Disconnect and reconnect Jetpack to refresh the connection to WordPress.com. I see there is a connection issue happening, so that can help.
    3. Check for any conflicting plugins that might interfere with Jetpack’s ability to track your site’s statistics, and temporarily deactivate them to test if that resolves the issue.

Also, is it possible that you have recently created new post IDs or changed the existing ones? In that case, there isn’t a way to link stats from one post to another when the IDs change, nor do we have a way to clear stats selectively, hence the “not found” wording.

    Hello @eduspace,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
