    Is it theme specific?

    yes it is..

You dont have a properly done single.php

single.php displays single posts, complete with comments and the form.

    Its doesnt display this:

    https://fusion45.com/the-new-ar-man/

Thats a single post page, a permalink page, its intended to show one post, not however many its showing.

So you either dont have one, and WP is using the index.php for the display, or you have one that isnt done right.

LOOK at how the default theme formats single.php to get an idea of what you need.

#respond is an anchor thats found, btw, in quite a few single.php files.

Just to throw out a FYI, I noticed you downloaded that theme from wpthemesfree.com. I’d advise you and anybody else looking for themes to STAY AWAY FROM THAT SITE! They encrypt the code in many of the themes they offer and although I didn’t download the one you are using to take a look it’s something to keep in mind.

Thank you for your feedback, gentleman. With all due respect, this is not a theme specific problem. I’ve loaded a different them on the site — not from wpthemesfree.com — and I still get the same result. (See https://www.fusion45.com). Your explanation about single.php makes sense, but I’m too much a novice to understand how I should go forward. Thank you in advance for your help.

With all due respect, it most certainly is a theme issue.

    If you look here:

    https://fusion45.com//wp-content/themes/Spin_Me_1.1/single.php

you dont have a single.php. Ive confirmed this by downloading the theme from here:

    https://www.wpthemereview.com/spin_me_11-11/

and unzipping it. (You could have done the same when you uploaded the theme)

secondly, dont assume ppl are men.

First, don’t assume disrespect when it isn’t there.
Second, stick to WordPress and save the life lessons for someone else. If you can’t be helpful without being condescending, then don’t post. THAT’S a life lesson for you. I’ll seek help elsewhere.

Nice to see you finally looking at what I told you wasnt there.

For the record, I was not condescending, or giving LIFE lessons.

You came here for asking what the problem was — I told you immediately, and then you chose to disagree. Seemingly, without taking the time to actually look at the new theme that you had added.

That cost me time. And had you looked before typing you would have seen that. And my time would not have been spent reiterating to you what the problem was.

Thats not a life lesson, thats a lesson in how to make things easier for people that are helping you, and no doubt, a WordPress lesson, since typically speaking, the first thing people are told is wrong is usually whats wrong. People just dont look, read, or follow directions.

Lastly, you dont disrespect me by referring to me within the context of “gentlemen”, I just thought you might like to know that everyone on the web is one. It was only you who assumed.

    Have a great day.
