    This plugin promises a lot but does not deliver. I even have the pro version for a client and none of it works out of the box. Support takes 3-5 days to reply. I spent money on extra their own add-ons to add functionality and it still does not work, look, or do what the demo and knowledge base says it should. Shame on you!

    GO ANOTHER ROUTE!! I know I will next time.

    Let me know what other route you find. I have spent so much time and money in this ecosystem an need to pull the ripcord. I feel like we are all getting rugged. 10+ days without response on Pro support is unacceptable.

    Hi @eventermom,

    I am sorry that our plugins didn’t work out of the box for you and that you are facing with long delays on the replies from Support.

    While looking at some of the tickets you opened with us I see that you are facing some problems with your theme to make it look like the demo we have on our website, I am correct?

    Would you mind linking me to a page where our events page looks broken?

    Our Development team is working really hard to get the CSS compatibility with as many themes as possible, but as you might imagine there are a lot of them to consider, so we are trying to get as many examples as possible to get the work done.

    We really do a lot of work to try to make the experience out of the box as easy as possible for both Free and Pro users, but we fall short of that some times and as one of the Lead Developers behind The Events Calendar I am working to make sure that gets resolved.
