Not Floating

This looks like a good replacement for ones I’ve been using. I’m not sure if I want it to float or not, but it isn’t at https://testblog.lpl.pm/justo-ipsum/.
I disabled all plugins except InfiniteWP, because it’s a nuisance to re-activate, and if it’s the problem I won’t be able to use Floating Social Bar.
