    It might be an issue with the Pinterest plugin, the theme, or a conflict with other plugins. Can you test a staging website with all plugins except WooCommerce and Pinterest to see if the problem disappears?

    Hello, I’m a bit frustrating with your plugin coz Pinterest stopped our Bussines profile.

    We tried disable other plugins and have the same result .

    It’s definitely important to get those Pinterest tags working right and I can imagine how this can be frustrating. I’d like to check some other angles on why it isn’t working as expected.

    Outdated plugins or themes can sometimes cause similar problems. Could you check if:

    1. WordPress, WooCommerce, and all plugins are on their latest versions.
    2. Check if your theme is the latest version.

    If they aren’t, I recommend updating them. Just make sure to back up your site first or test the updates on a staging site if you can.

    If the issue continues, we’ll need to look into your site further. Please send us the system status report so we can check for other possible causes. You can find it by going to WooCommerce → Status, clicking Get system report, and then selecting Copy for Support.
