Three main issues exist with this plugin.
1. It is impossible to delete purchased tickets from the plugin. This is problematic when configuring the plugin as you need to make test purchases.
2. More importantly – NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION IS SENT when a ticket is booked. From looking at the code for the plugin it appears there isn’t even a call on purchase for an email to be sent.
3. In trying to get this working for a week I have emailed the publisher and got one email in return and then silence. Emails and support requests via their forum all go unanswered.
