Not finding search item in headings

Hope you cab help.
If you look in the news section there are at least 3 articles which include the word healthcare in the heading. However, when you search using the term healthcare you only get two articles back which do not have the healthcare phrase in the title.
Even the stats for each searched item does not make sense eg

(Search hits: 0 in body, 0 in title, 0 in categories, 1 in tags, 0 in other taxonomies, 0 in comments. Score: 549.06)
Where healthcare does appear in the body and get’s highlighted but is not reflected in the stats.
