Not finding all instances of HTML string

We found some instances of an HREF that has repeating Ampersands. For example, the Apply Now link on https://www.liberty.edu/online/degrees/ is “https://apply.liberty.edu/?c=1&acode=D45009&p=”
So I ran the Find Replace tool using the wp_posts table. I searched for “&” and replaced with “&”.
The tool only found 1 cell and I know there are SEVERAL instances of this URL variation.
Any ideas on why it won’t find all of them?
