    Hi balkrushnpatel,

    Please accept my sincere apologize for the delay in reply. The plugin works with WooCommerce version 2.5 or higher. Kindly confirm you have the latest WooCommerce plugin running on your site.

    The order note color settings shall appear under WooCommerce > Settings section. Please refer this screenshot to know about exact position of settings tab.
