• I have have been traveling the www looking for some help with this plug in. Ilene does not answer her Twitter or FB pages and I see there was no response to a support issue from 5 months back in here.

    Perhaps someone else can help.

I am trying to set up multiple pages on our site.

I have one page set up using the fill ins in the plug in. It works great

It is my understanding that when you add the extra coding to your page it overrides the setting/settings of in the plug in. So we want everything to be the same as the great page but with a different product line. I add the extra code [zStoreBasic productLineId=’252949095836841694′] below [zStoreBasic] but it comes out either blank or with the product line we have on the great page.

Thinking that perhaps the product line we wanted was not in the csv file, we used the one above which is bumper stickers.

How does one get to the productlineCSV file to make any edits? Ilene really spends no time supporting her product and if I ever get this to work, I will need to update that file myself.

BTW how about using correct terminology in your plug in info. productlineID is really productDP.

I really feel like she should be making the donation to me.

  • I see it’s been three weeks since you posted this and, hopefully, the problem is resolved. In case anyone else stumbles upon this and needs the answer . . .

To answer the question asked: If you have access to FTP so you can edit the plugin files, the CSV file is in wp-content > plugins > zstore-manager-basic > PRODUCTTYPES.CSV. Double-clicking the file will open it in WordPad or the like. Before making changes to those files, I always recommend saving a back-up copy.

I believe it does NOT show up in plugins > editor because it’s a CSV file.

However, that product line IS in the CSV file and your code appears to be correct. I’ve found that adding code to a page does NOT override the plugin defaults set on the plugin settings page. For my site, I left the product-specific information blank, and use the shortcode on the pages to retrieve products.

    Hope that’s helpful.
