Not Entirely Responsive & No Support

The Scholarship Theme was recommended to me for the school district website I was building. At first I was happy with it, that is, before it went live.

It looked great on the wide monitors that I built the site on, however, after it went live I noticed some issues with the responsiveness. On regular sized monitors the drop-down menu items on the far right get cut off. On mobile devices, the menu becomes fixed when scrolling down and those far right menu items are not able to be seen. I have reached out for help in the Scholarship support forum and other forums but nobody responds.

I would have rated this theme 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lack of support.
