Not enough data to create user

    Hi,

    My customers have been coming to me recently saying they are seeing an issue when they try to register for an account on my site.

    Every time they try to register, they are shown an error message saying “Not enough data to create user”.

    When I turn off the “Protect registration form with bot detection engine” option under Cerber anti-spam engine > Registration Form the error goes away.

    Could you please advise what has gone wrong? I have not installed any new plugins recently so don’t understand what could have broken the tool.

    Hi! Most likely you use a registration form that is not compatible with WP Cerber’s anti-spam. To know more please reproduce the issue, go to the Activity tab, click “My IP” and check the log for details.

    Hi Gregory! Thanks so much for your response! I had the same issue with my woocommerce checkout and it was WP Cerber anti-spam! It even shows in the anti-spam log that WP Cerber was blocking the checkout!
