    Thanks for getting back to me. I had already tried the eae_encode_str() function for a single email address from another support topic on the same issue . Just showed the exact php code when I view the source code.

    Also tried adding the eae_encode_emails() function to my functions.php file and no change in the footer either.

    I’d recommend you ask your web developer to assist you with encoding emails in your footer.

    Both methods, eae_encode_str() and eae_encode_emails() work very straight forward.

    I just used an online email encoder for the footer, so that took care of the issue. Thanks.
