Not encoding all instances

Hey there

If you look at my clients’ site, https://clients.penguinstrategies.com/jmb/contact/ , you’ll see that your plugin encoded the email address in the body of the page just fine.

But, when you look at the email address that’s in the header (above the menu), it’s not encoded.

Any advice?
