  • Hi webapplicationsgr,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Unfortunately we cannot reproduce the issue at hand.

In order to understand how you have configured your feed I need your help.Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true

Your URL should look something like this now ….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true

On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me at [email protected]? Please reference to this topic in your email.

    Thanks,
    Eva

    Hello,
    thank you for your reply.
I have sent you an email.

    Hi webapplicationsgr,

Thanks for sending over the debug.log.

May I ask why you do not want the URL’s to be encoded? The URL’s in your feed will be understood by the browser and marketing channels. So why change it?

    Best,

    Hi Eva,
the current affiliate program we use needs the urls not to be encoded.
Is it possible to have a setting in the plugin so I could choose whether I want the urls to be encoded or not?

    thank you

    Hi webapplicationsgr,

I am sorry but this is not something we will be supporting anytime soon. We believe the affiliate program is the one who should solve this. They should be able to read encoded URL’s.

    All the best,
    Eva
