Not earning points

    you can try to deactivate all plugins, leave active only Woocommerce and Points and Rewards Plugins.

    Then with a test see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.

    I have the same problem. “Leave active only Woocommerce and Points and Rewards Plugins” – have done this, but still does not working
