• Hello,

    we already have allowed the my account invoice download and it also appears.

    But it is not working on that page. The site just refresh without download or opening in a new tab.

    Download the invoice in the backend is working fine.

    Hi @krassgruen,

    That is unfortunate. Do you get any specific errors? You can check via WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check for errors starting with wpo-wcpdf- and a timestamp that matches the time when you were trying to download the invoice.

    Hi @krassgruen,

    I suspect this might be a plugin conflict. Is it possible for you to test if this error still occurs when only WooCommerce, our PDF Invoices plugin and your theme are active?
