Do you have the WordPress cron enabled? The easiest way to check this is to see if DISABLE_WP_CRON is defined in the wp-config.php on your two sites.

If it is enabled, can you please install/activate the WP Crontrol plugin and tell me if…

    • There is a cron event with the hook name “gf_entryexpiration_delete_old_entries”
    • What time that cron event is set to run next
    • The recurrence of that cron

    Thanks.

    Hello,
I installed WP Control and ran the
    gravityview-expired-transients None 2015-03-16 17:11:45 (4 hours 2 minutes) 1 day Edit Run Now Delete

Still nothing. I have a form with three entries from January. I have the expire settings set to 30 days and I have the form checkbox enable to Include in entry expiration

Yet the three submissions remain. My main site is an intranet with no external access but I have a duplicate test site setup and its not removing entries there either.

    Paul
