Not displaying the wp-admin page

  • Hello,

    I have installed the free version in my Woocommerce store. It was working just fine until I updated the theme and wordpress. The problems are…

    1. the https://www.boonkolkata.com/wp-admin page is not displaying. Instead, it is redirecting to https://www.boonkolkata.com/login/ page, which is your plugin’s login page.

    2. I am not able to log in with my admin credentials. After submitting my admin credentials, the page refreshes back to https://www.boonkolkata.com/login/ again and again.

    3. I can log in from the Woocommerce login page, which is https://www.boonkolkata.com/my-account/.

    4. When I try to log out from WordPress dashboard, I am redirected to https://www.boonkolkata.com/login/, but I stay logged in.

    5. I can not log out even if I click the Woocommerce ‘Logout’ button.

    6. The only way I can log out is by clearing the site cookies and then clicking either the Woocommerce or the WordPress logout button.

    Here are some details of my website…
    Wordpress – Version 5.5.1
    PHP – Version 7.3.22
    SmartSlider3 – Version 3.4.1.9
    Theme – WP Store Version 1.1.5
