Not Displaying the Blog Page Featured Image Correctly

All the posts on my website are featured on the Blog Page. I set a particular image as a featured image for the Blog Page but it is still showing the default Lovecraft Featured Image. I tried it multiple times, but the same story. On rest of the pages, I am not facing this problem, only on the Blog Page I am facing this problem.

How should I resolve this problem?
