• Hi

I really want this to work, because it’s exactly what we need. However, I’m not getting any results from the shortcode. The shortcode just displays on my site.

I have put the following into the TEXT tab (not visual editor):

[wptab name='Knowledge Base'] Content for the tab Knowledge Base [/wptab]

[wptab name='Resources'] Content for the tab Resources [/wptab]

    [end_wptabset]

This just displays on my site exactly as it is here; it does not convert to tab display and obviously isn’t being read as shortcode at all by my site.

I have tried using Twenty-Fifteen theme and that did not help.

I use other shortcodes in my pages, and they work fine.

    Another unexpected behavior:

I used the custom button wizard in the Visual editor to produce code, and got this:

[ name='Test Tab 1']Content for the tab Test Tab 1[/]

[ name='Test Tab 2']Content for the tab Test Tab 2[/]

[ name='Test Tab 3']Content for the tab Test Tab 3[/]

    []

As you can see, there are no actual tags….just blanks. Is this what it’s supposed to do, so we could use our own custom version of the shortcode?

Any help getting this to display would be much appreciated.

    BTW I’m using WP v 4.4

  • Hello @kalico

    Thanks for writing to us.
It seems you have deleted Custom Shortcodes (Option: Replace [wptab] shortcode with and Replace [end_wptabset] shortcode with). There should some custom shortcode. You can put any shortcode text as you want.

Let me know if it helps.
    Thank you,

    Best Regards,
    Sagar.
