Not displaying on Front End

I cannot seem to get the cancel button or cancel request status text to display on the my account page. At what point (order status) should the cancel button display?

I am using WooCommerce Order Status Manager plugin and have some additional statuses and actions for orders.

I want a customer to be able to cancel their order up until the order is dispatched. Perhaps you can add a setting, which gives the ability to select which order statuses the cancel button displays.

Generally an order cannot be cancelled once it has been sent out for delivery, if the order is paid for but not dispatched the order can always be refunded.
