Not displaying on

You update this plugin often.

While authors keeping plugins updated is a blessing, I always have to troubleshoot display issues.

Now I can’t seem to get the form to display on today’s update to 1.0.82

I use plugin organizer and had it to set this plugin off globally unless turned on in a page. I read support threads and thought the workaround was working.

Nevertheless, I turned it back on globally…but the form will not display. Cleared cookies, cache, resaved page, changed to “direct”, etc. Not working.

Any ideas?
