Not Displaying List GF Confirmation Message Instead

    Have you activated both Gravity Forms and Sticky List?
    Are you using straight standard ” quotes around id (they look tilted in you screenshots).

    Ok, some progress. I copied and pasted the GF ID and now I have the list.
    Pre Submission Updated

    However I’m still getting the confirmation email after submit.

    I can delete that confirmation message in GF, but your instructions didn’t specify to do so, unless it’s something I missed?

    Plus I’m getting a page not found on the View, Edit, or Delete

    I checked again, the plugin is activated and those boxes are checked. I can also provide access if needed, it’s a testing site.
