• My client informed me that she cannot see the icons in Safari. I can see it in any other browser plus Safari on mobile, but she says her desktop browser is not working. Please advise.

    Most likely a browser extension or similar is blocking social buttons, etc. You can troubleshoot with her by following this FAQ, and you can probably work around her browser’s issue with the plugin’s local caching option in Settings > AddToAny > Advanced Options.
