Not displaying Full Blog Text

On the Blog page with the template option “Blog Full Content Display” selected, the page does not display full content in it’s “live” version:
https://promosta.com/drw/blog/
However, it does show full content in the preview mode:
https://promosta.com/drw/blog/?preview=true&preview_id=185&preview_nonce=b2b89f5830I see in other threads where users have run into the issue and resolved it, however, the solution is never explained.
