not displaying as demos are displayed

I have WordPress 4.7 running Divi theme from elegant themes. I have installed the Advanced Recent Posts plugin but I am unable to make the responsive grid display in the way you have it in the demo at https://demo.lp-tricks.com/recent-posts/responsive-grid-light/

All images are the same size on my site and I don’t get the larger image with text overlay.

Is there a fix for this?
