Not displaying anything with Easy Table of Contents plugin

Hello,

If I enable Easy Table of Contents plugin together with YARPP, the related posts are not displayed anymore. The only thing is visible is the heading included in the ETOC section, but the main heading & paragraph is not visible.

In the admin section I can see that there are many related posts, but they are not displayed. If I disable the ETOC plugin, everything is working fine again.
