I don’t see it there at all anymore. But my guess is that Owl can’t trigger because it’s inside that tab that is generated by AJAX.

I’m looking into adding a “Custom JS” field to the plugin for advanced users to add additional Owl features into their galleries manually, and this kind of thing would be perfect for this instance.

For now, you might be stuck having to put Owl somewhere where it’s NOT hidden via AJAX.

Sorry I was messing around with it. I’ve actually identified it doesn’t display on my site whenever display advanced options is set to yes (no matter what the options under it are set to).

It’s there now but as soon as I enable advanced options to remove the pagination it disappears.

I see. I think that’s actually a bug with how I enable the Advanced Options. Try setting the responsive points all to 5 or 6. Then you should be able to disable pagination as well.

    Any progress on this?

Hello, I believe I am having a similar issue.

I am using the AccessPress free WordPress template.

I have FooGallery, FooBox free and FooGallery Owl Carousel Template plugins installed and activated. I have created a gallery to display in the Owl Template format. I have added the shortcode to the post I want the gallery to display in.

The Owl gallery will only display if the “Enable Advanced Options” is turned to “No Thanks”. BUT, even though it does display, the thumbnails are so tiny! – Not at all the image size I have entered – 200×200. And I have tried different images sizes to see if it that was the issue. It displays tiny thumbnails no matter what image size I enter. The “prev”, “next” and pagination dots seem to display at a normal size.

However, If I right click on the element and select “Inspect element” the Owl Gallery changes to what, I assume, it is supposed to look like. When I refresh the page, the Owl Gallery goes back to displaying tiny.

Is there a way to have the Owl Gallery display correctly without having to inspect the element, then close out of the developers tools?

    Thank you.

Yep, just found this issue and spent over an hour trying to figure out what happened. I finally searched and found this thread. I checked No for advanced options and viola’ the carousel shows up.

I just pushed an update out which should resolve this issue completely — meaning the “Enable Advanced Options” will work exactly as expected. So if you update, then notice weirdness, go back and check on that option and re-save your gallery and all should go well.

    Thanks!
