Not displayed in Admin Panel . No registration Form

    Woocommerce Version 3.5.3
    WordPress 4.9.9

    Dokan is not displayed in Admin Panel and registration form does not appear in my account page. I got Dokan working in another installation.
    – Tried deactivating plugins.
    – In woocommerce – Enable registration on the “My Account” page. Enabled.
    – Permalink – post name

    Do help us. We plan to buy Starter Soon

  • Hello @puspaltamuli,

    Please check your PHP version, you need to have PHP version at least 5.6 to run Dokan in your WP site.

    In order to check the PHP version, you need to navigate through wp-admin > WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Server Environment.

    Great.Its working. Thanks for the prompt reply
    Please consider giving an error message in wordpress, when we activate. if php 5.6 or higher is not present. I installed and then reinstalled the site twice not knowing what happened. It working in a different site, so I thought there is some installation error etc
