Hello! Installed hCaptcha on the WordPress site. There is a captcha in the control panel, it is tested normally, but it is not displayed on the site in the comments and in the Feedback. Maybe something else needs to be installed on the site, some code or something? I don’t understand what the problem is. Maybe someone has encountered this. By the way, not only this captcha, but others are also not displayed, I tried different ones. At the same time, for some captchas it is not possible to send a comment, as it works, it gives an error that you need to fill out a captcha, but the captcha is not visible. Here I have reached hCaptcha and the same problem, with the only difference that the comment is published and letters are sent by mail. That is, the captcha is not visible and apparently does not work, since it sends letters and comments. But, at the same time, the captcha is tested in the PU, it works and a message comes out that everything works. There is no “hCaptcha” button in Contact Forms 7

Make sure you have enabled contact form 7 integration in hCaptcha settings under integrations tab. Make sure to scroll down and press save changes. If you have, then it something to do with your theme and the checkbox not showing. Get in touch with whoever created your theme

Thank you. Integrated, a captcha appeared in the contact form, not in the comments. You can’t see the captcha in Google Chrome, you can see it in Opera. I deleted this captcha. I’ll try to change the topic.

Apparently there is a problem in the topic. I have an old theme installed. Changed to other newer topics and hCaptcha appeared in the comments. But, these themes don’t suit me, they look big and the large font is generally ugly. I would like my old theme, which is configured for my site, to display a captcha in the comments. Maybe who knows what needs to be done so that hCaptcha is displayed in the comments?

I solved the problem myself. It was simple.
