Not displaying the link(URL) in ticket correctly!

    Hi. it is a problem to us. when we use a ULR in the responds, it will not be displayed as a URL or Link, but as a box with extra things. but we need to display that just as a URL.
    e.g: the box (in red square) in the following picture, in fact it is a URL (from our website). what should we do to display it as a URL, not like that box???
