    It looks like the players are not being shown at all. The new version hides the players until the page has completed loading – then when the page is fully loaded the animated loading graphic disappears and the players should become visible. This last step does not seem to be happening.

    A possible cause for this is a plugin conflict, so that is the first thing we should investigate to know what to focus on to fix the issue or rule that out.

    To troubleshoot this please temporarily deactivate all plugins apart from audio album. If the players display correctly at that point, activate the plugins one by one checking the site each time to see whether it breaks after activating a particular plugin.

    Also try temporarily switching to a default theme such as twentysixteen to check whether there is a conflict due to a script in your theme.

    Edit: I’ve just noticed that you are using WP Super Cache – have you emptied the cache? A caching plugin, even if it is not the cause of a display issue can hinder investigation as it can mask the effects of activating and deactivating plugins. Also simple deactivating cache plugins may not always prevent its effects from remaining in place.

    I was having a similar problem (audio files not appearing) and so I disabled plugins and re-enabled in batches (rather than all at once, or one by one, just for efficiency)
    and found that both Contact Form 7 AND WooCommerce were creating problems.

    I also found that in disabling some plugins, other plugins/functionality began to work correctly.
