    Hello, I just activated this plugin and it restricts users to open the necessary page even when they have bought the given product. Do you know what may cause this error? If it is of any help, the orders are still proccessing in Woocommerce.

    Yes, that definitely helps. Orders need to be completed in order for it to work. Thats how most plugins work. There might be issues with woocommerce settings so you need to check it out. To test try switching those orders to completed. If it works thats the problem.
