I use the ‘Popup Maker’ plug-in on one site and ‘Optimise Database…..’ does not appear to remove revisions to the individual popups – should it?
    Thanks

    Hey Maurice,

    I don’t know wppopupmaker…

Do you see a custom post type called ‘popupmaker’ (or something like that) at the top of the settings page of my plugin? If yes, make sure the checkbox is checked.

Please let me know if that solved your problem.

    peace,

Thanks Rolf. The plugin in use is here in the WP Support forum and I’m using the latest release of Otimize D; and popup maker with Wp 5.4.1 and Twenty Seventeen Theme.

I’ve attached screenshots of your ‘settings’ page and the Main admin page.
Some confusion: The settings page shows two entries with ‘pop up’ but nothing in the list on the main page.
I hope this helps clarify the details.

Oops! Forgot to add the screenshots.
Odd? Will not allow me to attach files to reply?

    Hey Maurice,

    Thanks for the screen grabs.

I notice they show up on the ‘change settings’ page, but NOT in the ‘current settings’ listing.

I will install the ‘popup maker’ plugin and try to reproduce the issue.

    I’ll keep you posted!

    Hey Maurice,

    I found the problem:
Apparently you didn’t save the settings after installing the Popup Maker plugin.

So, go to the change settings page (of my plugin) and click the ‘save settings’ button.

    Et voila!

    Many thanks Rolf.
    That fixed it!
As an ex system developer I’m now embarrassed at making such a silly error.
